Diploma in Hospital Administration

Six months of classroom training for anyone who wants to be working in a hospital by the end of the year. It covers the same first four modules as the PG Diploma: how hospitals and their departments actually work, the administrative services that support them, core management theory, and the information systems and AI tools now standard in Indian hospitals. Taught in person in Kochi, with the same hospital exposure and placement support as the one-year program.
