Sidhah — Discover a new way

About Sidhah

We train people for hospital floors, so we teach them in rooms

Sidhah Edutech is a skill training institute in Kochi, Kerala. Our purpose is straightforward: give young people in Kerala market-relevant training that leads to an actual job — and do it in person, where teaching still works properly.

Why we went the other way

When skill training moved online, a lot of institutes followed. The economics were obvious: record once, sell forever. What got quietly lost was the part that actually produces a hireable graduate — someone watching how you speak to a patient, correcting your documentation at the desk, putting you in front of an interview panel until the nerves go.

Hospital administration is a people-facing job. You will spend your days managing queues, calming relatives, chasing insurance approvals and holding departments to a standard. None of that is learned by pausing a video.

So every Sidhah program is offline. One campus, real classrooms, faculty you can walk up to.

What we set out to do

Mission
Offer market-relevant skill training to young people in Kerala, so that enrolling opens a real job opportunity rather than adding a line to a resume.
Approach
Classroom teaching, practical labs, hospital exposure and interview preparation — bundled into every program, not sold as extras.
Focus
Hospital and healthcare administration, supported by the commerce, communication and computer skills those roles depend on.

What we hold to

Four things we do not compromise on

01

Skill over certificates

A certificate opens the door once. The skill keeps you in the room. Everything we teach is chosen because a hospital in Kerala is hiring for it right now.

02

Present, not logged in

Attendance is a discipline, not an inconvenience. Students who show up daily to a physical classroom build the habits the job will demand of them.

03

Small batches, named students

We keep batches small enough that faculty know who is struggling with insurance documentation and who needs more interview practice.

04

Honest about outcomes

We will tell you plainly what each program leads to and what it does not. Come to the campus, ask hard questions, and decide from there.
